Your name, mobile number, city and category — plus a line about what you are actually planning. A budget band helps but is optional. It takes about forty seconds.
We match, instantly
Your enquiry is routed to the active, verified vendors covering that category in that city. No call centre, no delay, no re-selling your details to anyone outside that list.
Vendors call you directly
Usually within a couple of working hours. You will generally hear from more than one — that is deliberate, so you can compare rather than accept the first number you are given.
You choose. We step back.
Compare quotes, ask for site visits, look at past work. Whatever you agree is between you and the vendor — we take no commission and have no stake in who you pick.
Keep your reference number
When you submit the form we show you a reference starting with CTV-. Save it. You can use it with your mobile number on the Check Status page any time to see where your enquiry stands.

You will get more than one call
That is how you end up with a fair price. If you would prefer a single introduction, say so in the form and we will note it.
Vendors pay, you do not
Our revenue comes from vendor subscriptions. That is the only reason the service is free for you — and we would rather say it plainly than pretend otherwise.
We do not supervise the work
We verify vendors before listing them and act on complaints, but the contract, payments and site work are between you and the vendor you choose.

Yes. Submitting your requirement and being matched with vendors costs you nothing, ever. We are paid by vendors for access to enquiries — never by homeowners.
