ClickToVendor exists because the distance between a homeowner and a good local vendor in the Tricity is far wider than it should be — and that gap costs ordinary people real money.
The market is not short of vendors. It is short of a bridge.
Spend a week talking to people renovating a home in Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula and the same story comes back. They found one contact — a cousin's carpenter, a number off a signboard, whoever the property dealer suggested — took the quote they were given, and had no way of knowing whether it was fair.
Ask the same question from the other side and the picture is just as broken. Genuinely good vendors, with showrooms and years of finished work behind them, spend their time and money chasing enquiries instead of doing the work they are actually good at.
We did not arrive at this from the outside. We ran a marketing company, and the work put us deep inside both sides of this trade — sitting with vendors on their pricing, and hearing from their clients afterwards about how the job actually went.
Both sides want the same thing. Neither has a reliable way to reach the other. That gap is what we set out to close.
Same job, same specification, wildly different price
Across the vendors and clients we worked with, one pattern kept repeating — and it was too large to be a rounding error.

What it should be
The range you would expect once the specification is genuinely like for like.
A homeowner holding one quote has no way to tell which end of that range they are standing at. The difference on a full-home interior is not small change — it is lakhs.
But a higher quote is not automatically a worse one. Price legitimately moves with the manufacturing process, the grade of hardware, the material and the brand behind it. A kitchen quoted higher because it uses better hinges and channels is not overcharging you — it is a different product, and it will still be working in ten years when the cheaper one is not.
The problem is not that prices differ. It is that nobody explains why they differ, so the homeowner is left choosing on the only number they can compare. That is what we fix: genuine vendors, quoting the same scope, so the comparison is real and the decision is yours to make on merit.

We do not design your home or lay your tiles. We make sure the people who do are verified, local, and quoting you transparently.
We verify before we list
Business details, a real working address or showroom, and evidence of finished work. A vendor who cannot show us those does not receive a single enquiry.

You are never charged, and you are never the product. Your number goes to your matched vendors and nowhere else.

We take nothing from the project value. That is what lets us stay neutral about which vendor you choose.

If a vendor goes quiet or something feels wrong, call us. We would rather hear about it than have you assume it is normal.
How we actually make money
Vendors pay us a registration fee and a subscription to receive matched enquiries in their city and category. That is our entire revenue. We do not charge homeowners, we do not take a cut of your project, and we do not sell your contact details to anyone outside the vendors you were matched with.
We would rather say that plainly on our own About page than have you work it out later and wonder what else went unsaid. It also explains a design choice you will notice: your enquiry goes to several vendors at once. That is better for you, because you get to compare — and it is the honest trade for a service that costs you nothing.
