Using ClickToVendor
Yes. Submitting your requirement and being matched with vendors costs you nothing, ever. We are paid by vendors for access to enquiries — never by homeowners.
Your enquiry is shared with the active, verified vendors in your city for that category, so you will usually hear from more than one. That is deliberate — comparing two or three quotes is the fastest way to know what a fair price looks like.
Most vendors respond within a couple of hours during working hours. If it has been a full working day and nobody has called, contact us and we will chase it up.
When you submit the form we give you a reference number starting with CTV-. Enter that reference plus your mobile number on the Check Status page to see where things stand.
It goes to the vendors matched to your enquiry, and nowhere else. We do not sell contact data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
No. Whatever you agree with a vendor is between the two of you. We do not take commission, which also means we have no reason to push you toward one vendor over another.
Listing your business
A one-time registration fee of ₹1,000, then a plan of your choice — ₹3,000, ₹9,000 or ₹15,000 — depending on how many enquiries you want. Adding a second city to your listing is ₹1,000.
As they come in, by WhatsApp and email, with the client name, number, city, category and whatever detail they shared. You call them directly.
No. Each enquiry goes to the active vendors in that city and category, so you are quoting competitively. That is what keeps the platform useful for homeowners, which is what keeps enquiry volume up for you.
Enquiries are not refundable. We focus instead on matching accurately by city and category so that every enquiry you receive is genuinely relevant to your business.
None. You pay for the plan and keep one hundred percent of the project value.
We confirm your business details, your working address or showroom, and evidence of past work before your listing goes live. It usually takes a day or two.
